SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • All countries within the European Union (EU)

  • The United Kingdom (UK)

If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently ship to your location.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within:

Processing includes:

  • Order verification

  • Quality control checks

  • Packaging and dispatch preparation

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local warehouse time) will be processed the next business day.


3. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • European Union (EU): 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom (UK): 5–9 business days


4. TOTAL DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

(including processing and shipping)

These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.


5. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are:

  • Calculated and displayed at checkout, or

  • Offered as free shipping where applicable

There are no hidden fees after checkout.


6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

We aim to ensure a smooth delivery experience:

  • Any applicable VAT is handled in accordance with EU/UK regulations

  • Where possible, duties and taxes are included in the final price

Customers will not be charged unexpected fees upon delivery unless clearly stated at checkout.


7. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear


8. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

We take full responsibility for your order until it is successfully delivered.

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Not delivered within a reasonable timeframe

We will:

➡️ Send a replacement at no cost, or
➡️ Issue a full refund


9. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • High-demand periods

  • External factors beyond our control

We will always assist in resolving any delivery issue.


10. INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Please contact us immediately at info@latiery.co.uk

  • We will attempt to update the address before dispatch

We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


11. FAILED DELIVERY / UNCLAIMED PARCELS

If a delivery attempt fails:

  • The carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel

If the parcel is returned to us:

  • We may reship (additional shipping fee may apply), or

  • Issue a refund minus shipping costs
